  15.             are not used in the Impressario 2.* release.

  19.             manual page is not installed by default when you
  20.             install the optional IRIX Developer's Option (IDO)
  21.             software.  Install x_dev.man from the IDO CD to make
  22.             the XtAppInitialize manual page available (as well as
  23.             additional X11 development manual pages).
